All beginnings have a start. Launched this year, in 2025, MEGAfacturing provides quality consulting for small, and medium sized manufacturing facilities. No matter the industry, the objective of every business is providing the best service or product while being safe, reliable, economical, and readily available when demanded. We can perform system audits to ensure all departments within an organization are operating as intended or if any continuous improvement or efficiency gains are necessary. Auditing is always beneficial to have an unbiased and unopinionated inspection on operational practices. PROJECTS
Currently developing an easy to use non-conformance tracking and reporting system. Being an important aspect to ISO9001 & AS9100 certification, the purpose of the portal is to quickly document, edit, disposition any known concerns to ensure all actual and potential non-conformances are adequately concluded and summarized properly. Estimated completion: end of 2025.
